Every year the Capitola Police Officers' Association donates money and time to benefit numerous charities, groups and organizations in the Capitola area.
To help us better serve you and our community we share, please feel free to join our mission by participating in any of our events or donating toward our cause.
The National 9-99 Police and Sheriff Foundation raises funds for injured or fallen officers and their families, invests in K9 safety and training, and provides counseling and mental health resources to all officers in need.

Operation Surf is an epic life-changing adventure for our wounded active duty military heroes – giving them confidence to move forward in a positive direction. Op Surf partners with Operation Comfort to bring this unique form of recreational rehabilitation to participants, exposing them to the healing power of the ocean through adaptive surfing taught by world-class instructors. Their week long all inclusive event provides an environment where participants work to overcome perceived limitations of their physical and psychological disabilities.

Kenny and Catherine met in 2000 while working in camp ministry together. They married in 2002, and have three precious children, Maizie, Lucy, and Matthew. Through their adoption of Matthew, their hearts were broken, and their eyes were opened to the orphan crisis in the world. They felt a direct calling form God to serve the most vulnerable in the world, trafficked children. They are passionate about fighting child trafficking and bringing justice to these children. They believe that true healing comes from a relationship with Jesus Christ, and are thankful to be given the opportunity to be a part of the ZOE team.

The mission of the Victims' Assistance Program is to support Community Policing by helping to reduce the Community's fears and burdens from criminal activity. The Program will provide financial assistance to victims of violent crime or loss of property by building a partnership with the victim(s), the media, police officers, and members of the community. The Victims' Assistance Program will partner with local and national media to bring greater attention and community support to the needs of crime victims in our city. The program will consider applicants referred by the local media and will accept contributions from local businesses and residents to assist victims.
